About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TTEC Computers Incorporated. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise technical information to users, and ensure that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions, for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
