We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pizza Depot. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources to find solutions.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions, to aid in future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions to complex technical problems.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
