About the Role

Nasri Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users in response to identified difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as a team player.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
