- Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources to find solutions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our systems and software, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions, to help improve our technical support processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to provide feedback on our products and services.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
