- Communication: Provide clear and concise technical information to users, and ensure that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions, for use by other technical support analysts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
