- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Set up and manage both manual and digital filing systems
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Skilled in MS Word
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
- Correspondence management
- Report and record maintenance
- Completion of a criminal record check
- Access to public transportation is available
