Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at Car Match Auto Group Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the flow of information within the team, making sure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Record-Keeping: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
