B.C. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask with ease. They will also be organized, accurate, and have a client-focused approach. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
