Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating the flow of information, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information, direct and control daily operations, and evaluate daily performance.
  • Communication: Establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Record Keeping: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
