We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at JK World Group Investment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel and related itineraries.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and providing group insurance benefits to employees.
We offer a permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week, and a work language of English.
