Event Registration Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Event Administration & Coordination:
- Work alongside Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events from conceptualization to wrap-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Manage event registration, attendee databases, and event logistics.
Budget Management:
- Work alongside the Events Manager to ensure events stay within budget.
- Monitor event expenses and provide regular financial updates.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of event objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all Sponsorship and Exhibitor details are fulfilled.
On-site Duties:
- Assist in managing event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Address potential issues or emergencies that might arise on the event day.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather and analyze feedback from event attendees.
- Assist in post-event evaluation to determine how future events can be improved.
**Requirements**:
- College diploma or bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of event experience (including education)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well in high pressure events.
- Can successfully multitask multiple events at one time.
- Proficiency in event registration software or related platforms.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Salary**: From $32,430.50 per year
