**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Planner to join our team at Creative Event Solutions. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate product launches and conferences to Galas and Holiday Parties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and then coordinate all aspects of the event to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all involved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and vision.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client preferences and objectives.
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and suppliers for each event.
- Coordinate all logístical details, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation.
- Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and ensure that all services are delivered as promised.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are in place and running smoothly.
- Provide on-site management and support during events, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Planner, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and vendors.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.58-$26.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
