**Job Summary**:
As an Event Coordinator at BoomerangFX, you will work closely under the leadership of the Event Manager to manage all aspects of field marketing events, from pre-event marketing and logistics to post-event follow-up. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful events, including managing print material creation, handling event logistics, booking travel for attendees, and coordinating pre

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Event Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing field marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event setup.
- Create visually appealing print materials and event collateral using Canva, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate and implement pre-event marketing campaigns to promote attendance and engagement, working with the marketing team.
- Assist in post-event marketing, including lead follow-up communications, and reporting event performance and analyzing event KPIs and ROIs.
- Book travel arrangements for staff and attendees, coordinating transportation and accommodations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, learn) to ensure event goals and objectives are met.
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to ensure events are executed within financial guidelines.
- Handle post-event follow-up tasks, including collecting feedback and reporting on event performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends to help execute innovative and impactful events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a field marketing role.
- Experience in pre
- and post-event marketing
- Experience in logistics management, including vendor coordination, event setup, and travel booking.
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage event budgets and track financials.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex logistics
- Problem-solving
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proficient in Hubspot
- Experience with paid ads
