We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Sales & Customer Relationship Manager** to play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our client base. This position will focus on the Environmental and Ready-Mix divisions, targeting landscapers, pool contractors, concrete installers, and other industry professionals, as well as homeowners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads in the GTA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings that meet client needs in the Environmental and Ready-Mix divisions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Actively track and follow up on leads through CRM software.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends to position Mianco’s services competitively.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in construction, environmental, or ready-mix industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Competitive base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
