Job Overview:
Join our team as a trucking salesperson and play a vital role in driving our company's growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential clients, contributing to the overall success of our sales team. No earnings limit, job is supplemented by commission pay. Must have experience in sales in the trucking industry.

**Duties**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports

**Experience**:
Required:

- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Nice-to-have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in B2B sales
