Marketers on Demand is a leading provider of sales solutions, empowering healthcare clients to achieve their goals.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Relationship Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, moving them through the sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify Leads: Conduct thoughtful consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them as viable opportunities.
  • Move Leads Through the Sales Cycle: Use consistent, effective, and timely follow-ups to move leads through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Develop, retain, and grow client portfolios by delivering various sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Document Opportunities: Document all opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to clients' needs and use a proactive approach to understand their requirements.
  • Comprehensive Plans: Develop comprehensive plans for clients using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
  • Closing Deals: Complete the final steps to close deals and provide exceptional care and customer service with every client touchpoint.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Proven Sales Success: A track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Client-Focused Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality, with a strong understanding of client needs and service excellence.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and urgency.
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: Excel at handling challenging situations with a calm, professional, and objective approach.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Make sound, thoughtful decisions that align with long-term goals and strategic vision.
  • Driver's License: Required for travel and client visits.
