Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (6 Month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing Social Media
- Collecting payments
- Collecting client’s intake forms and entering data in their charts
- Preparing treatments rooms between patients
- Ensuring cleanliness of waiting room area
- Working and communicating with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals
- Answering questions regarding product purchase in reception area (training provided)
- Understanding and adopting general operating procedures, policies and code of ethics within the wellness centre
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual: English & French
- Customer oriented communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Maintaining client’s information confidential at all times
- Professional appearance
- Motivation to learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of JaneApp considered an asset
- Previous administrative experience considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
