**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Handle billing and invoicing using QuickBooks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Provide assistance in a medical or dental office environment as required.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus, particularly in dental settings.
- Proficiency in data entry with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Additional pay:
