Join our team as a CVA (Customer Value Agreement) Enrollment Coordinator
As a Contracts Administrator for Finning Canada, you are a self-motivated, dynamic and adaptable go-getter that loves variety in your role Aside from being friendly, you’re also a problem-solver extraordinaire and have a keen eye for detail.
You will be part of a team working diligently to provide consistency of service while performing data entry, assisting in the preparation of routine reports and accountable for various general administrative duties.

**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the timely/accurately monthly invoicing of $25M+ in CVA agreement
- Responsible for new monthly CVA enrollments in Finning ERP system and Cat Foresight
- Responsible for the management of 9000+ active agreements, along with reporting changes to affected work groups
- Manually renew expired agreements monthly with new singed contract dates and pricing
- Manually expire agreements / month and upload reports in FLOW
- Manually Reopen & Reclose closed agreements monthly to invoice completed work
- Audit of accuracy for enrolled CVA’s in all Finning and Cat systems
- Responsible for the relationship, troubleshooting, and working through processes with the Performance Solutions, Digital Services, Power Systems Mining, Accounting and Commission Teams
- Field and action 20-30 requests / day from the business
- Work with the Business units on requirements and processes on upgraded and new CVA offering
- Work with Accounting on monthly adjusted CVA’s and revenue flow impacts
- Work with Commissions on accurately reporting and paying out commissions
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years CVA related experience required
- Previous work with contracts and subscription invoicing models would be considered an asset
- Previous office experience is an asset
- Minimum of high school diploma; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
