Position Overview:
Are you a self-starter, passionate about customer service and continuous improvement? Then we have the role for you As a Fleet Coordinator in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance services to our contract customers. This includes machine hour use monitoring, opening work order requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying customers.

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and have a keen interest and aptitude for administrative duties.

**Job Description**:

- Support the Essentials Customer Value Agreements (CVA)
- Opening of Maintenance Customer Orders (MCO)
- Ordering CVA Parts Kits via que and customer requests
- Troubleshoot Parts Issues
- Monitor machine usage
- Support the Service Work in Progress (SWIP) process and to identify the aging of work orders
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- 3+ years of administrative office experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook Self-motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- This position is based out of our Edmonton head office location
- Hybrid position with some opportunity to work from home
