- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Salesforce is a plus
