Great Canadian Exteriors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our growing company.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and training arrangements.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.

Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

Assist with HR communications, including the development and dissemination of policies, procedures, and announcements.

Report to various senior management

Create the workflow for the new HR coordinator role

Assist with the organizations safety programs

**Qualifications**:
Human Resource Diploma or bachelor’s degree

1+ years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Alberta
