Are you a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and real estate? Alberta Real Estate School is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be a crucial point of contact for students, ensuring their journey through our programs is seamless and successful.

**Responsibilities**:
**Admissions and Enrollment**: Manage the admissions process, assisting applicants with pre-enrollment requests, registration, and invoicing/payment procedures.

**Student Guidance**: Proactively support students in their course completion journey, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

**Issue Resolution**: Address day-to-day issues related to clients, facilitators, and course operations to maintain a smooth learning experience.

**Calendar Management**: Create and maintain the Learning Center calendar, coordinating learning resources, facilitators, and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a client onboarding or support role.
- Knowledge of Alberta Real Estate exams or holding a real estate associate license is a must.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Experience in training delivery management.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), emphasizing professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
- Interest in cultivating client-service-oriented relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
