We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, dynamic and self-starting Administrative Assisstant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Greet and assist customers. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Notify customers of delays and backorders
- Purchasing - source product; online ordering; issue PO to suppliers.
- Identify art requirements for orders and forward to digitizer.
- Completed order follow up/review
- Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work
- Manage account payables and receivables

**Administrative **Assistant Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Very organized. A great communicator.
- Professional, advanced level verbal and written communications skills.
- Punctual
- A great team player.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
