**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for payment approvals.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education with at least 2 experience in an accounts payable capacity
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes is an asset

This positions offers a base salary in the range of $48,000 - 52,000, bonus, vacation and extended benefits. It is a great opportunity if you are looking to continue build upon your accounts payable experience and join a large accounting and finance team with long-term career opportunities. It is an onsite position based in Vancouver.
