You are incredibly organized and you are a total wizard when it comes to creating and maintaining spreadsheets. You accurately and effectively compile and track data, prepare reports, recommend actions to resolve discrepancies, investigate questionable data, and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

You have an innate ability to prioritize tasks and work with little supervision. You’re self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy. You consistently ensure smooth running of our company’s offices, ensuring the entire team has adequate support to work efficiently and contribute in driving sustainable growth.

To land this role you need to have;
- A university degree or College diploma in the business administration or related field
- 2+ years administration experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic accounting procedures.
- Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information and monetary transactions.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
