As a **Coordinator Club Engagement** you would be responsible for:

- Support the member engagement and retention program for all areas of the Member Engagement Department.
- Assist leaders with creating, maintaining, and updating program documents and SOP.
- Responsible to schedule all appointments/meetings for each Counselor.
- Communicates and liaises with other departments or Club areas to facilitate proper procedures and protocol.
- Consistently provides superior internal customer service in accordance with the Company drive to excellence standards.
- Assists leaders and team members with administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
- Host one-one-sessions with members as needed.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintains compliance of all time keeping and attendance policies.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Promotes a positive "can do" attitude and works as a team player.
- Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Compensation**:
$24.65 per hour.

**Qualifications**

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency and takes appropriate action.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
