**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the CEO’s trusted right hand, assisting in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Understand and prioritize company objectives to support the CEO efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft correspondence.
- Optimize business processes and suggest improvements.
- Assist with social media management and other marketing tasks as needed.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Participate in business development activities and projects to help grow the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.
- Understanding of the grocery industry is an asset.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and managing meetings.
- Social media knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
