Under the supervision of the General Counsel - Americas, the Legal Administrative Assistant aids in enhancing the counsel’s effectiveness by focusing on anti-diversion strategies, developing case information, evidence, and settlement options, as well as providing administrative support to the legal department.

- Carries out online searches for unauthorized resellers across all marketplaces and platforms
- Conducts investigation into diversion and counterfeit activities

- Maintains and uploads onto template agreements developed and used by the Legal Department
- Handles various highly confidential matters (discretion required)

**Description**:
Sous la responsabilité de l’avocat général pour les Amériques, l’adjoint administratif - Juridique contribue à renforcer l’efficacité de l’avocat en se concentrant sur les stratégies anti-détournement, en préparant des informations sur les affaires, des preuves et des solutions de règlement, ainsi qu’en apportant un soutien administratif au service juridique.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Communiquer directement avec l’avocat-conseil externe, selon les besoins du service juridique
- Rechercher en ligne des revendeurs non autorisés sur les différentes plateformes de vente
- Mener des investigations sur des activités de détournement ou de contrefaçon
- De façon générale, faire preuve d’initiative pour répondre aux besoins administratifs du service juridique, avec l’aide du conseiller juridique, si nécessaire
- Tenir à jour et utiliser les modèles d’accord créés et employés par le service juridique
- Gérer des affaires hautement confidentielles (faire preuve de discrétion)
- Effectuer d’autres projets spéciaux.

**Compétences et qualifications**
- La maîtrise de l’espagnol est un atout
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
