Soutenir notre équipe des RH à Montréal en assurant le bon fonctionnement de notre bureau et en exécutant notre stratégie et nos programmes de ressources humaines. La personne jouera un rôle essentiel en fournissant un soutien de premier niveau pour assurer une expérience extraordinaire aux employé.es.
**Ton quotidien**:
- Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux en recueillant les documents en communiquant les informations sur la paie et les avantages sociaux.
- Être un.e utilisateur.trice expérimenté.e de notre système ATS (Dayforce), en veillant à la maintenance des données et à la documentation appropriée, y compris les affichages, les rejets, les offres d'emploi et les rapports.
- Exécutez des rapports de base et effectuez des audits de données dans les systèmes centraux de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les principaux systèmes RH et les documents internes pour les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d'emploi et les changements internes.
- Identifier les lacunes et les inefficacités des processus et proposer des solutions pour y remédier.
- Soutenir l'équipe RH en appuyant le déploiement d'initiatives RH, y compris les activités de retour au bureau, la coordination d'événements sociaux, 5 à 7 ou de sessions de formation.
- Fournir un soutien de première ligne aux employé.es pour les questions de RH et les guider vers ressources appropriées, si nécessaire.
- Soutenir la Directrice HR et l’équipe HR pour tout projet/tâche spécial (ad hoc) pour lequel elle a besoin d'aide.
- S'occuper de l'administration des avantages sociaux, y compris les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d'emploi et autres changements dans le cycle de vie de tous les régimes d'avantages sociaux (REER, régimes de santé, OPUS, Shepell, etc.).
Assurer la liaison entre les employés et les fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux
Gérer et coordonner les demandes de formation ainsi que la logistique des programmes de formation
Assurer le maintien d'un environnement de travail propre et entièrement fonctionnel qui favorise la productivité, incluant les sections cuisine
Gérer les stocks de fournitures, commander la nourriture pour le bureau et passer des commandes ou des appels de service pour les fournitures et équipements de bureau.
Administrer et gérer le courrier entrant/sortant, y compris le courrier prioritaire, les colis, les services de messagerie et autres correspondances.
Entretien de la zone de réception pour s'assurer qu'elle reste professionnelle pour tout le monde
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à ses compétences et au bon fonctionnement de l'organisation.
- Ton profil :
- Au moins 1 année d'expérience enRH
- Bilinguisme parfait (écrit/verbal/oral) en anglais et en français
- Autonome, doté(e) de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes,
- Désireux(se) d'apprendre et soucieux(se) de respecter des normes élevées.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la gestion du temps et des priorités
- Esprit analytique et axé sur les données; extrêmement détaillé et orienté vers les processus.
- Proactivité et capacité à anticiper les besoins
