**AFFILIATE COORDINATOR**

**Job Summary**:
Groupe Dynamite is seeking a passionate Affiliate Coordinator to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you will work on scaling our Affiliate Program experience with creators, publishers, affiliates, and business partnership management. The Affiliate Coordinator will be a key team member in supporting the scaling of the program, by on-boarding new partners, developing scalable processes, making data-driven decisions for proposing account optimizations and collaborating with GARAGE and Dynamite banners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the Affiliate Program by recruiting new affiliates and nurturing existing relationships;
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement;
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing support and resolving issues;
- Develop engaging content with the Creative and Marketing teams and distribute promotional materials to affiliates;
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to analyze account performance, provide regular reporting, and share ROI optimization insights to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Ensure affiliate marketing practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards;
- Collaborate with affiliates to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet the company’s key KPIs;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the Affiliate Program competitive;
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall marketing goals;
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to support affiliate activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related roles;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in marketing software and affiliate networks and tools;
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
