**Procurement Coordinator**

**Role Summary**:
The procurement team is looking for a Procurement Coordinator. You must be a hard worker to support our indirect Procurement team and help our business teams by analyzing purchase orders and invoices from different departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare purchase orders based on contract or quotes sent by the stakeholders;
- Daily invoice management;
- Ensure that all the purchase orders are correctly processed in the system;
- Work in close collaboration with our Accounts Payable team (invoices, month end);
- Update various shared documents on a daily basis;
- Daily store support on Jira.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proficient levels of written and spoken French and English.
- Have good organizational skills;
- Thrive in the face of change with a strong sense of urgency;

- Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration;
- Present information in an effective and concise manner;
- Be proactive and exceed expected results.
