Office Administrator/receptionist

An award-winning windows and doors replacement company in Vaughan is looking to expand its team by filling a key role within the organization as an Office administrator/Reception
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Order material from our selected vendors.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure production timelines are met.
- Data Entry of orders into CRM system.
- Ongoing support to management.
- Answer incoming telephone calls
**Required Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry would be preferred.
- High attention to detail is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
