**The Offer**:
Outsourced IT management responsibilities to a third-party provider that are experts in IT. Managed Service is offered through subscription-based models by Managed IT Service Providers (MSPs).

**Managed IT Services Include**: Remote monitoring, maintenance, security, and support of all IT systems (Includes Workstations, Servers and Network). **Management and Upkeep of client IT hardware; including PCs, Laptops, Servers, Mobiles and Network Devices. ** Ticket Management System for all IT related Issues to be handled and resolved. **Onsite IT Support when needed (for troubleshooting software/hardware issues that can’t be resolved remotely). ** Data Backup and Recovery either on the cloud or on local servers. **Cybersecurity, Antivirus, Anti-Spam and Anti-Malware protection and optimization.**

**Responsibilities**:
Creating sales strategies and ideas for your territory

Identifying customer needs and matching products to those needs and delivering sales presentations, writing proposals, and closing sales

Developing new opportunities and gaining information from existing pipeline

Working closely with internal colleagues e.g. marketing, sales teams, customer services and product development offering feedback

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32,500.00-$67,700.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
