**What you'll do**:

- Work with external curriculum providers to assist in the development of curated learning paths
- Provide support in the creation of training materials and resources for employees at all levels
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and propose solutions
- Support data collection efforts to understand employee challenges, training effectiveness, and performance, collaborating with management and HR Operations
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure curriculum inclusivity and alignment with D&I initiatives
- Evaluate training programs, gather feedback, and contribute to program enhancement strategies
- Develop learning materials for group training and independent learning initiatives
- Provide leadership with statistics and participation analytics
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business or HR related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in corporate learning and development
- Certifications preferred: CPLP, PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP
- Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office Suite
