**Location**: Work from home, anywhere in Canada
The Learning & Development Specialist works with key business stakeholders to design, develop and implement learning program requirements. They work with a variety of audiences including management, support staff and front-line participant-facing staff in order to enhance team performance and build organizational capability. This is a hands-on role focused on learning program design, maintenance and delivery with proven business impact in the Rehabilitation Services sector.
**What you’ll do**:
- **Program Support**:Providing training and development guidance, advisory and consultative services to support leaders and teams
**What you bring**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development or Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an internal or external Learning Advisor, Curriculum Developer or Instructional Designer, including the design, development, delivery and evaluation of adult learning programs
- Knowledge of e-learning design principles and program evaluation methods to develop performance measures and report on learning outcomes
- Experience using learning management systems to develop and deliver training content
- Employment conditional on obtaining federal Security Clearance - Reliability Status
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred
**What we offer**:
