**What will I be doing?**
- Conducts training needs analysis and assesses developmental requirements and opportunities.
- Develops Learning and Development Programs for eLearning using a blended approach (i.e., classroom and online training solutions) that aligns learning solutions with business objectives.
- Implements, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and manages the delivery of Learning and Development Programs/strategies; provides recommendations for improvement.
- Delivers instructor-led classroom training and/or online training according to specified schedules and training plans.
- Assists with the development and administration of training programs and services throughout the organization to ensure consistent delivery; regularly monitors and evaluates program results.
- Identifies, develops, and implements key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives, and positively influence business results.
- Manages the administration and evaluates, develops, and implements enhancements to the Learning Management System.

**What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?**
- Completion of a degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, or a related discipline with particular emphasis on learning and development or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent. A Master's Degree in Education would be an asset.
- Demonstrated years of experience in instructional design, development, and maintenance of corporate-wide learning programs using the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model.
- Experience with Agile model implementation is an asset.
- Understanding of and demonstrated experience in administering a Learning Management System and eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate).
- Implementing innovative, best-practice learning, and development solutions, including online training.
- Relationship, project management, and change management skills to work with a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization as well as individuals external to the organization to effect sustainable improvements. Strong customer service skills to respond to and work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to react quickly and positively to possible adverse classroom situations.
- Oral/written/presentation and facilitation and collaboration skills to develop and deliver training.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and databases to produce documents, reports, and presentations.
