As a Corporate Learning Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the competencies of our employees by designing and delivering impactful training programs that boost workplace performance and align with our core values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing training needs assessments
  • Designing, delivering, and managing curriculum, learning materials, and branch training
  • Facilitating workshop-style training sessions

You will collaborate with our Private Client Group teams and divisions to identify target audience training requirements and needs, assist with content layout, editing, and organization, and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback from participants.

The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in French (written and oral), have proven ability to master the full training cycle, and possess familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, post-secondary education in learning principles, and/or certification in adult continuing education or instructions are required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000-$75,000, plus performance bonuses and incentives, as well as opportunities for internal promotion and community involvement.
