Atlantic Turf Solutions (“ATS”) specializes in the distribution of specialty turf management products (fungicides, herbicides, seed, nutrition, fertilizer, etc.) and programs in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. ATS’ dedicated sales team provides best-in-class agroeconomic solutions to the sports turf, specialty turf and golf industries.

ATS was launched in 2023 by Massey Capital, a Toronto-based firm that invests in lower mid-market companies in Canada. Massey Capital owns a portfolio of companies in the turf industry including Allturf Ltd., Dol Turf Restoration and M.K. Rittenhouse & Sons Ltd.

We are seeking a highly motivated **Administrative Manager** to join our growing Atlantic Turf Solutions team. In this permanent full-time role, you will have the opportunity guide the administrative functions of the company and ensure that all tasks are covered. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be challenged and use their strong problem-solving skills

The work week for this role will be 40 hours, Monday - Friday.

At this time the role will be hybrid with a detailed work schedule determined between the incumbent and manager. Flexibility is expected.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Ensuring smooth flow of information through the various departments of the company, including parent company
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for sales team
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, including health & safety
- Maintain a database of prospects and confirm that all electronic files are properly stored and safeguarded

**Qualities that will help your success in this role**:

- An active and engaged team player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented self starter who works well independently and displays good judgement
- Strong working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent organization and time management skills; able to deliver work product against competing deadlines

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- +4 years of administrative support and excellence
- Strong and confident phone presence
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to work from home but have reliable transportation to attend the office as necessary
- A background in a sales environment would be a strong bonus

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
