We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is perfect for sales professionals who are driven by the thrill of closing deals and have a passion for helping businesses thrive. You’ll be responsible for selling our suite of B2B solutions, including point of sale systems, energy plans, and financing options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
- **Needs Analysis**: Engage with business owners to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- **Product Presentation**: Present our point-of-sale systems, energy solutions, and loan products in a compelling and customized manner.
- **Closing Sales**: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve your sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices to effectively position our products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven success in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Experience in selling point of sale systems, energy solutions, or financial products is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable with a commission-based income structure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
