Le responsable marketing B2B joue un rôle central dans les efforts de marketing et de vente de Mistplay dans notre quête pour positionner Mistplay en tant que leader dans l'industrie de la publicité mobile. L'objectif principal du poste est d'exécuter des stratégies de marketing B2B pour les produits existants et à venir, ainsi que de superviser des campagnes de marketing supplémentaires afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise. The B2B Marketing Manager plays a central role in Mistplay’s marketing and sales efforts in our pursuit of positioning Mistplay as a leader in the mobile ad-tech industry. The position’s primary objective is to execute B2B marketing strategies for existing and upcoming products and oversee additional marketing campaigns to hit company revenue targets. You will report to the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Marketing department, Commercial team, and other stakeholders.

- Contribuer à d'autres projets de marketing et de communication interfonctionnels, y compris le développement du site Web de l'entreprise et d'autres initiatives nouvelles et expérimentales pour accroître la notoriété.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le service juridique pour s'assurer que tous les documents sont conformes et approuvés.
- Définir des objectifs et des indicateurs clés de performance pour les initiatives de campagnes marketing, puis suivre et rendre compte des performances.
- Rester à jour avec l'industrie de la publicité mobile et du jeu pour exploiter les dernières opportunités et tendances.
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- Expérience de 4 ans ou plus dans le marketing B2B ou des rôles similaires.
- Antécédents prouvés en création et exécution d'initiatives marketing, commerciales et de produits.
- Capacité à produire des résultats de haute qualité tout en naviguant dans des opérations à rythme rapide.
- Capacité à exploiter à la fois une approche axée sur les données et un état d'esprit créatif pour la résolution de problèmes.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet avec une attention aux détails et aux échéances.
- Compétent dans l'utilisation de Hubspot, Google Slides et/ou PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicateur et présentateur.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de collaboration.
- Performer autonome qui apprécie de contribuer au succès d'une équipe élargie.
- Des connaissances de l'industrie technologique, de la publicité mobile ou du jeu vidéo sont un plus.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Execute marketing campaigns and B2B content initiatives to engage with key target audiences and drive leads.
- Produce webinars, podcasts, or other innovative campaigns, and coordinate with external agencies and providers when needed.
- Assist in additional cross-functional marketing & communication projects, including development of the company website and other new, experimental initiatives to increase awareness.
- Partner with legal to ensure all material is compliant and approved.
- Define goals & KPIs for marketing campaign initiatives, then track and report on the performance.
- Stay up to date with the mobile ad-tech and gaming industry to leverage the latest opportunities and trends.
**What we're looking for**:
- 4+ year experience in B2B marketing or similar roles
- Proven track record creating and executing marketing, sales, and product initiatives
- Ability to deliver high-quality output while navigating fast-paced operations
- Capable of leveraging both a data-driven and creative mindset for problem-solving
- Strong project-management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficient in using Hubspot, Google Slides and/or of PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator and presenter
