Receptionist/office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
As a Receptionist/Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our office. You will be the first point of contact for callers, providing them with assistance. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the efficient functioning of our office.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
