**Training and Documentation Specialist - Bilingual **to join our team. Reporting to the ISS Training and Documentation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of education and training that supports Home Hardware’s in-store retail system.

**What you’ll do**:

- Development and delivery of training and resources.
- Assess training needs and recommend solutions.
- Participate in developing various training components, ensuring quality training is delivered and deadlines are met.
- Participate in training for internal and external support teams.
- Update and maintain existing training material with the goal of improving the Dealer-Owner experience.
- Create communications to promote Retail System training products, programs and services offered.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Two to three years of experience with instructional design process and adult learning principles.
- Advanced experience developing training resources using a Learning Management System and eLearning software.
- Excellent organizational, research, writing, editing and instructional design skills.
- Fluency is both English and French is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with presentation and training experience.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to work under strict time and production deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
- Expertise in store level standard retail operating procedure and in-store systems.
- Knowledge of Home Hardware’s Systems and Services is an asset.

- Expérience avancée en développement de ressources de formation à l’aide d’un système de gestion de la formation et d’un logiciel d’apprentissage en ligne.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, en recherche, en rédaction, en édition et en conception pédagogique.
- Maîtrise obligatoire de l’anglais et du français.
