**PASAN, Co-location Project Lead**

PASAN(Prisoners with HIV/AIDS Support Action Network), Toronto PWA Foundation, BlackCAP, APAA(Africans in Partnership Against AIDS) and ACAS (Asian Community AIDS Services) formed to working group facilitate the development of a community hub for those most vulnerable to HIV in Toronto.

**Term and Salary**

This is a full-time ( 35 hrs a week) for 1 year with the possibility of extension. The salary is 65,000-72,000, plus paid vacation and sick time.

**Accountability**

The position reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the Senior Project Lead the Co-location Working Group

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop project workplan for that includes project timelines, deliverables, budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and create risk management plans.
- Engage staff from all agencies to implement the vision for the hub including identifying community centred opportunities for collaboration, identify potential risks, propose communication/conflict resolution process.
- Liaise with and support project consultants, including visioning and community engagement, communications, capital campaign and community hub partnership.
- Support core organizations to implement communication plans to ensure community stakeholders are updated regularly regarding move and hub development.
- Coordinate and document PASAN Move committee meetings and create monthly reports to the board.
- Coordinate all aspects of move logistics including meetings with contractors, designers, and vendors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- In collaboration with the Executive Director develop funding proposals and gather required materials for proposals and reports.
- Use information technology systems for administration, coordination and information sharing
- Prepare reports, as required.
- Develop project budget and monitor spending.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information affecting Co-location Working Group members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree and/or other equivalent combination of education and demonstrated work experience-Project Management certificate is an asset.
- Exceptional project management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder projects balancing requirements of meaningful stakeholder engagement. With concrete action and timelines.
- Proven experience engaging diverse communities including people who have been
- incarcerated and people who use drugs.
- Understanding and commitment to harm reduction principles and practice and prison justice
- Experience planning multi-stakeholder participatory discussions with health and/or social services and diverse communities.
- Demonstrated experience working within an anti-racist / anti-oppressive framework.
- Strong critical thinking and conceptual skills, and the ability to translate them into practical and feasible plans.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and project management skills with demonstrated accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
