**Fife House** is an innovative, client-focused provider of secure and supportive affordable housing and services to people living with HIV/AIDS in the Greater Toronto Area. With approximately 110 staff working across 6 locations, in 2020-2021, Fife House served more than 850 residents and clients by providing supportive and transitional housing programs as well outreach programs to homeless clients and their families.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Project Manager will develop and implement a community-managed alcohol program to engage 12 people experiencing homelessness, street involvement, living with HIV and severe alcohol dependency. Service delivery will be for the duration of the remainder of the 1-year pilot project. The CMAP will be based at Huntley, THP. This program also involves employing, training, and supervising peer workers to offer harm reduction and preventive intervention, weekly outreach, service planning and navigation, and practical support within the CMAP Program.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement CMAP-specific training programs for peers.
- Train peers assessed with above-average knowledge of harm reduction, community health, and
- Social service resources.
- Train peers assessed with above-average knowledge of managed alcohol programs.
- Provide Supervision to Peers.
- Peer skill assessment in the areas of networking and above-average ability to identify alcohol poisoning.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Develop and implement the CMAP program overview to distribute to potential community partners
- Recruit Advisory Committee members from PHAs from the target population and community partners.
- Design Evaluation tools to evaluate the Peer Training, Advisory Committee, Promotion, and CMAP
- Oversee daily operations
- Conduct outreach through partners to recruit CMAP participants.
- Develop and implement CMAP Assessment tools.
- Develop and Implement CMAP client intake.
- Develop and implement Service Delivery for CMAP Program
- Provide Daily access (8 am-8 pm) to the MAP for program participants.
- Develop and implement a Program Evaluation with the Director of Research
- Routine data tracking through surveys and tracking sheets and reporting as required (i.e., annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Harm reduction knowledge
- Knowledge of Risk reduction strategy
- Knowledge of Competency building and peer training

**ASSET**:

- Knowledge of HIV infection in the current context, including the impact of stigma and discrimination;
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, First Aid and CPR training, Mental Health First Aid, and Naloxone training;
- Lived experience of HIV, mental health, substance use, and/or homelessness;
- Identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Colour;
- Additional spoken languages;
