We are currently recruiting for a

**ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, GRANTS - 18 Month Term**

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Grants and working closely with the grants operations team, the coordinator will provide quality customer and administrative support to grantees within assigned program areas. The ideal incumbent is an administrative professional with a background in the charitable sector. The incumbent will also be responsible for inputting and maintaining information within the database. Specific tasks included in this role are:

- Administer payments process for assigned granting areas
- Book various meetings and events, take meeting minutes
- Provide file management support and responding to requests for files
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President
- Provide backup support to reception desk, as required

**About You**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or significant experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Experience in the charitable sector is a preference, experience in grants administration is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach
- Comfortable with working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular word and excel
- Comfortable with the use of databases

**What We Offer**:

- Starting Salary in the range of $43,000 to $50,000.
