As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding our client base in Ontario. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identify and meet potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present our unique recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, networking events, and client visit.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirement**: To succeed in this role, you must master the following qualifications.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in B2B.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and listening skills, with the ability to convince business decision-makers.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals and driving business growth.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry and market.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
