**The Role**
Secure Orbit Inc. is seeking a skilled, organized and highly motivated Business Development Representative. This individual will be responsible for helping to plan and execute sales strategies for our construction and manufacturing divisions. Secure Orbit Inc. operates the reputable businesses of Northwest Fencing, Lakehead Overhead Door, Arma Gate and requires a Business Development Representative that can deliver a high level of organization and professionalism for all our clients to drive business growth.
**What you'll do**
As part of the Secure Orbit team you will:
- Implement strategies to promote and expand the company's market presence
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and progress
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Who you are**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
- Able to travel within USA and Canada
- Have a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar designation is an asset
- Familiarity with Construction and Manufacturing is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
