**Who you are we looking for?**

An experienced **Information Manager** with a minimum of **10 years **post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develops and implements an information management strategy aligned with the client's goals and industry best practices
- Defines information management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the program projects
- Identifies opportunities for improving information management processes and systems
- Establishes and implements data and document management procedures and workflows to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of project-related information
- Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to information governance, data privacy, security, and intellectual property
- Establishes and maintains data governance frameworks to promote data quality, consistency, and security

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information management, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of the AEC industry, including project life cycles, construction processes, and related information management requirements
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction document management
- Proficiency in using and managing various information management systems commonly used in the AEC industry, such as Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), collaboration platforms, and BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Bentley ProjectWise)
- Experience in implementing and optimizing information management systems to support AEC project workflows
- Knowledge of data and document management principles, including version control, document control, metadata management, and information governance
- Experience in designing and implementing data and document management strategies and processes for AEC projects
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 19650 for leading information throughout the project life cycle
- Understanding of information governance principles, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
