Records & Information Management Lead

**Job Summary:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Develop and drive a strategy and roadmap for Information Management across the organization.
- Responsible for effectively organizing, managing, and safeguarding the organization’s global records throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain the corporation’s Information Management systems and content repositories including, but not limited to OpenText, Sharepoint and OneDrive.
- Guide stakeholders and leadership to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze information flows and requirements to design and implement effective information management solutions, as they relate to the management of company records.
- Collaborate with service providers, business champions, internal and external business analysts, project managers and IT teams to ensure that records and information management solutions are implemented and integrated with existing systems as necessary.
- Design and implement information policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of enterprise information.
- Lead the adoption of new enterprise technologies and solutions and provide training to users as necessary.
- Improve information management processes and technologies. Keep up to date with new technologies and trends in records and information management.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in records management, information management, governance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of information management and governance principles and best practices.
- Experience and knowledge of enterprise content management strategies, methodologies, and tools, such as OpenText xECM Content Server and SharePoint Online.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of information security an asset.
- Practical experience in digital archiving solutions, as well as records management.
- Experience working in a single
- and multi-tenant SaaS and PaaS environment.
